Although getting credentialed or renewing credentials takes a lot of work and can be downright daunting, there's no doubt that the process helps you be a better coach. Personally, I'm grateful that ICF provides the rigorous standards that differentiate coaches like you and me in a (so far) unregulated field.

Of course you need to meet the ICF Mentor Coaching requirement – but the real reward in my opinion is the opportunity to significantly deepen and expand your skills as a coach.

I have worked with a diverse client base for over ten years (more than 3,500 hours of coaching individuals and groups) and I am eager to partner with you, offer guidance and support, and share everything I can to facilitate your learning and growth.

With the aid of role-playing, recordings of your real client sessions, demonstrations, inquiry, and exploration, you will strengthen your coaching skills and develop greater ease and confidence as a coach.
